The Tornado threshold is designed to be routed into the floor and can be used as a floor trim to allow a change of floor finish from one side of the door to the other.
The smooth, black, closed cell, neoprene insert forms a discrete threshold, either under the centre line of the door or towards one face or the other, depending on the overall design requirements.
When used with one of the range of Tornado contact strips, this seal combination will provide an effective adjustable seal. The minimal up-stand of the Tornado threshold insert will not impede foot or wheeled traffic and is DDA compliant to Part M.
APPLICATIONS
Tornado combination seal system can be used with virtually all Sealmaster door stop seals, to enable a door set to achieve a high level of draught, acoustic and light sealing for internal doors.
Contact strips are available with concealed fixings and snap on covers in a range of finishes.
Threshold Plate: TCM (The sealing system requires a contract strip to create an effective draught, acoustic and light seal system).
Contact Strips: CBG, CBS, CCG, CCS, CDG, CDS (Compatible with threshold plates to create an effective threshold seal system).
