The Deluge 3010 is a compression bulb seal insert designed for use with Deluge aluminium carriers, including SEM and TTM holders. When rebated into the joinery as part of a Deluge stop seal system, the 3010 insert provides a highly effective sealing solution for controlling air, smoke, gas, light, and sound leakage around doors and windows.

Manufactured from durable elastomer material, the 3010 compression bulb is specifically suited to applications requiring higher levels of compression. Its bulb profile deforms evenly under pressure, accommodating variations in door alignment while maintaining consistent contact with the door leaf. This makes it particularly suitable for heavy-duty and high-performance doorsets.

Typically used alongside appropriate threshold seals and meeting stile seals on double doors, the 3010 helps create a complete perimeter sealing system. When correctly specified and installed, it contributes to achieving very low air leakage rates and improved acoustic performance.

Common applications include doorsets where smoke, gas, or air leakage control is critical, light-sensitive environments such as photographic dark rooms, and spaces where enhanced acoustic performance is required. The compression bulb profile also makes the 3010 suitable for specialist installations such as controlled rooms and frequently used doorsets.

The insert fits securely into compatible SEM and TTM carriers and can be replaced without removing the aluminium holder, allowing for straightforward maintenance and long-term performance.
