Controlling air infiltration around large building doors—particularly in temperature-regulated environments such as warehouses—can present significant challenges. Vertical edges of hangar-style doors are especially susceptible to draughts. This issue can be effectively resolved by installing the 3013 heavy-duty seal along the door edges, allowing it to compress against timber battens fixed to the interior walls on either side of the opening.

The 3013 is a robust, extruded neoprene seal designed for durability and high-performance sealing in demanding applications.
